New Artists Wanted!

This coming summer The Gilt Complex is planning an art festival featuring new artists. The event will benefit cancer research through local foundations in South Jersey. We are looking for new artists to come promote and sell their art so as to help them gain some exposure at an established gallery in a very art savvy community all while being a part of a very worthy cause. People attending the event will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artist at the festival and the artist with the most votes will have their work featured in the gallery for the following two weeks. Any type of art is welcome i.e. paintings, sketches, carvings, etc. in any style. Nothing is too modern or too classic.
We are determining the size and number of covered stations we will have available for the show as well as the dates. July and August are the prime months in our area so we expect to have the festival somewhere in that time frame. Our plan is to keep the costs for space and percentage of any sales that would go to The Gilt Complex at a minimum keeping in mind that the proceeds from both will go to the cancer research. Our goal is to make money for the charitable foundations and help give a boost to some deserving artists as they try and establish themselves.
